I do not have dial tone on my VZ Telephone since Saturday August 7, 2011 to date August 9, 2011 11:12 AM. VZ Technical Support is not able to fix the issue yet and they have no idea how long it will take. But when I am late make a payment they charge late fee right away. Is some can tell me how we can function without telephone for such a long?
