I am receiving repeat calls from {edited for privacy}, a computer software repair company listed in Sterling Heights, MI. How do I stop these calls?
IF they are a legitimate company, look up their number and call them asking them to stop.
Make sure you are on the Federal and State do not call list(state if your state has one). Once on it you can file a complaint if they continue to call you.
Obviously they could be phishers in which case make no attempt to call them back. Also report them to the FCC and any state authority you have.
Consider using any blocking option your Verizon service has. E.g. FIos Digital Voice users can block 100 numbers using the Verzion FDV site. Also FDV users can use the independent NOMOROBO . (nomorobo.com)
