Removing out going caller ID blocking permanently

I want to remove my outgoing caller ID block permanently. I want other people able to see my number. I know it is just a few numbers I press, but I can't find that info anywhere.

If you have FIOS Digital Voice you can enable and disable via the website or by entering *31 on your phone.  If you don't have Digital voice, some other Verizon offering have a smilar included feature, and for others it may be an extra cost feature.

Unhelpful.  I too want to allow my name/number to appear when I place a call and not have to *82 for certain calls to go through.  SHOULD BE SIMPLE!!!! I have a landline.
