Repair status

I was scheduled to have a repair person fix my no dial tone issue this friday oct 14.  I came home today and recieved a call on my cell phone stating the problem has been resolved and it has not!  Has my scheduled appointment been cancelled?  I will be going into work late on friday because I need to get this fixed!  What's going on?

today they was gonna come and install my internet from 8-12 and nno one came

you can look up your pending repair status's online at www.verizon.com/repair   it sounds like they are done working on yours though, so you may want to talk with someone just in case
