Folks -- It's a long story that I would rather not share publicly; however., my mom is in a nursing home with dementia. She has a Verizon landline phone in her room that friends and family use to call her. But, for specific reasons, I'm wondering if there is a way to restrict/block/suspend, etc, her ability to make outgoing calls?
I am happy to discuss in more detail via a support case or private message. Thanks

When we faced a similar situation, I used an older handset and disconnected the wires from the dial pad inside the device. This meant that outgoing calls could not be dialed, but incoming calls still rang and were answerable. This may not work for your application, but it worked well for us.
