I had a phone number in NJ for 34 years. When I was moving to a new house in NJ, I could not take that number with me. However, I was able to moved that number to my vacation home in DE because we had FIOS there. Now I am thinking of selling my house in DE and wondered if there is some way to still keep that number? Right now I have that number ringing in 3 locations so that I can still use that number for everyone and everything. Is there a way to have a phone number that doesn't have a physical location and still have it ring on my other numbers?
If you cannot move the number on FIOS I suggest you try to move it to Vonage, as an example.
This way you can keep your number
