My phone does not dial out, although I can get incoming calls. I was informed that I need a converter. I believe they said a "Rotatone" converter, sold in the UK and Canada. Is anyone familiar with this product and will it work?
Thanks,
Perry

What Verizon phone service do you have? I've used ancient rotary phones on FiOS without any problems.
Some older rotary phones may not work with the newer voice technologies, but you need a pulse to tone converter. They are a little more expensive than I would think in the $60 range. It would be way cheaper just to buy a new phone.
