STATIC STATIC STATIC - FOR MONTHS

My landline phone has been having static issues since February 2018.  I have placed numerous calls and ticket requests on this - previous tickets just get closed as "fixed" and it still is NOT FIXED. - today the repair agent was supposed to be here between 8-12 - its 12:33pm and he/sh is a no show.  I was just told by customer service, that they "pulled him off your ticket".   I took time off to be here today - and now i am hanging around for NOTHING.    Ive been paying $80.00 a month for a non working phone - there is no FIOS here - Verizon better fix this **bleep** phone TODAY.  I will be filing a complaint with the New York State Public Service Commission.  They say they are maintaining copper - and they surely ARE NOT.  Other friends have the same issue - we are paying Verizon for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Just got a call "unfortunately there isnt a technician available to come today"  Just wasted 6 hours on a holiday weekend waiting for Verizon to show up.  Why do you make appointments and not show up?  We should charge Verizon just like the Doctors charge us when you don't show up.  This is ridiculous. - Non-working or intermittent working phone since FEBRUARY 2018.
