Need some input! Our phone service is still out. I have tried the online support, email, etc . A relative finally got in contact with them and was told someone has to be at the location in order to troubleshoot the problem. What in the world are they talking about?? Since the phone service went out during the storm doesn't it mean the problem isprobably outside lake it was last month? I have seen two Verizon trucks pass by my home between yesterday and today. Please does anyone have any suggestions for us?
