I have Verizon lines in the rear of house, pole to pole, that are dangerously low enough for kids to reach and hang off of. Technician came to house and nastily stated that Verizon would do nothing. Next step?
Hi DDRZ,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
Verizon recently removed wires between poles in the rear of my property. Verizon lines still remain, low enough for children to reach and hang off of, posing the danger of injury or death. I was advised by {edited for privacy} of Verizon that PSEGLI was notified that the poles are defective. Upon followup I was told by {edited for privacy} that she would investigate the matter and would get back to me. That did not occur. A call to {edited for privacy} was unreturned. Is there something dangerous that all are trying to escape responsibility for? Why is it that all of a sudden nobody knows anything about this issue. Are the poles defective or not? Was it referred to PSEGLI or not? If the poles are not defective why were they referred to PSEGLI as such?
