Seasonal Service

We are on vacation service, returning to our Florida residence November 1. When we signed up for seasonal service, we were told a message would be played when people called our phone giving the callers our cell number, {edited for privacy}.  I tried it once, and it worked.

Now (and according to friends for quite some time) when you call our number, {edited for privacy}, you get the out of service tone and the operator says, “Your call cannot be completed due to equipment problems.”

Please fix it. Attempts to contact you by phone have proved hopeless.
