Sidewalk which Houses Verizon Equipment property liability Issue

Our sidewalk which house verizon telephone equipment is in need of immediate repair and is a liability issue for pedestrians who are at risk of tripping over the damaged sidewalk with the equipment. Who should I contact to get this sidewalk and equipment fixed before someone gets hurt?

Hi ohj -- What exactly is the problem with the sidewalk?  Is the concrete coming up or is the Verizon equipment exposed and laying across it?  Please let me know specifically what the problem is so we can either point you in the right direction or take care of the issue.  Thanks!
