How do I delete a Fios speed dial entry? For example, if speed dial 87 is set to 800VERIZON, and I decide I no longer want that entry - just want to delete it, what do I do? When I tried an online chat with Verizon, I was told to log into the Fios Digital Voice Manager and I could delete it from there; but I could not find an option for speed dial.
