Strange Calls

I get long messages recorded on my voice mail which are actually conversations between people i.e. two or more people talking - apparently having no idea that their conversation is being recorded on my voicemail. One I just got today or yesterday. I have the caller id number - it is a 704 number. Any ideas what is going on?????

perhaps it was a telemarketer, that got to the voicemail, thought they hung up the phone, but did not, and were talking to their fellow telemarketer in the next cubicle over......
