Suggestion for Residential Digital Voice Product

I hope this is the correct forum to post my suggestion.

There is a product that other cable companies are currently using that's broadly being referred to as "Privacy Defender."  It blocks robo/telemarketer calls by intercepting each incoming call and playing a recording telling the caller to press a digit in order to reach the number the dialer called.  The feature costs 2-3 dollars/mnth. 

I think it would be a great addition to Verizon's residential digital voice package.
