Using the web interface to access my account, I added a number to the 'Incoming Call Block' list, but when I submit, I get a message "We are experiencing technical difficulty; wait 1-2 minutes and try again. If it persists, call 888 553-1555."
I did try repeatedly over and hour. And I called the number, but that is a dead-end and hangs up.
