Our phone does not do the interrupted dial tone when we have messages??? Is there a trick to fix this?
Make sure it's enabled.
Go to: http://www.verizon.com/fiosvoice and logon with your credentials.
Choose Voice Mail Notification and make sure the following box is checked:
"Light message light and/or change dial tone to stutter (where available)"
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
