I was mid conversation with my daughter when my phone was disconnected. I tried calling her back and the phone rang once then went dead. She tried calling me and the same thing, my phone rang once then went dead. I do NOT own a cell phone so I came on line to try and report my issue. That took me to trouble shooting. Hahahahah- JOKE! The problem I have isn't even listed in the options. How am I supposed to work with that? It is soo tempting to BUY a cell phone and tell Verizon BYE BYE!!!
