Trouble with My Phone - Voicemail Says Number in Use

I am having trouble with my phone. Everytime I try to get my message and put in my password it says that number is in use. Also my house number keeps calling. Please help

I guess I am not the only one, after putting in my pin I am getting the message. "That account is in use at this time."
