I tried to resolve my landline static problems with the "Troubleshooter."

Here's the first screen:

Then I pressed the button and got this screen:

Guess what screen I got after I pressed yes?

You guessed it! The first screen!

Am I supposed to toggle back and forth between these two screens for eternity?
