I am a Verizon customer who's home landline is down and I would like to check the status of my repair ticket online. What do you think it means when a traditional land line service customer (copper wire, not FIOS) cannot even check the status of a repair ticket online?? We all know that Verizon's service to customers like me is appallingly--perhaps even criminally--bad. My dial tone is out for weeks at a time, and when I do have a dial tone I often have enormous static. But don't you think I should at least be able to check the status of my repair online? By the way, for anyone who does not know, when I click "Repair Status" I either get blank screen (a hung screen) or I reach a page that says it has been designed for FIOS customers. There is no way to get to information about my account insofar as a repair ticket or phone outage is concerned. I have to call customer service.
I have the same problem. I have fios. I feel like something is wrong with their site.
