My sister switched from Fios to Comcast. I have fios digital voice. I have been unable to talk with her for over 2 weeks. Her phone rings a number of times and goes to vocemail. The message is not the one she recorded for Comcast. It is the one she had for Verizon. Any ideas what is wrong?
Have you tried to call from another number like your cell?
comcast might not have finished porting the number, or did not port it correctly. tell her to give them a call.
