I have a unique problem that I can't seem to get any assistance with from tech support or the local FiOS store.
For about the past six months, when trying to call my sister across town (xxx-xxx-xxxx) from my home phone,
I get a message stating "the number you've dialed is not in service" - although I can get through on my cell phone
and she says that everyone else can get through to her fine.
It's getting to be problematic now that our aging parents need help and my cell phone isn't always nearby. Her and her
husband live across town, and we thought that this problem would resolve on it's own after a short period,
but now I'm starting to get annoyed and don't know if the problem is on her end or our end.
Every other number we call (and we call many) work fine and it appears to be an isolated incident. If there is anything
you could do to help resolve this issue, we would both greatly appreciate it.
Try a different phone. I had a similar problem once. The phone company ran around in circles for about two weeks and made three service calls before someone suggested I replace my phone. That fixed it.

I did try a different phone - nothing changed.
It was our pleasure to get the unique phone issue corrected. Please reach out to us anytime you need assistance.
