Since upgrading to FIOS Digital Voice last weekend I can't place or receive calls from my home phone and I get no dial tone. I have only one phone plugged into the jack and I tried the unplug/replug measure to no avail. I can't get through to Verizon support either by phone or online chat and the Inhome Agent will not install on my Mac even though it meets the requirements.
Can anyone out there can tell me if the FIOS Digital Voice system is down (although my internet and TV are working) or if my old phone should no longer work, or if some other troubleshooting option is available. Thanks.
