VZ Call Assistant STILL ISNT WORKING

I am still unable to use this feature. I was told months ago it was being fixed due to issues. When do you plan on fixing this? Will it at least be in my lifetime.

to be more specific can't add contacts lost my entire addressbook GET ERROR MESSAGE
