Verizon Call Assistant Help...and Yes I did read all the standard do it yourselfs

       Its tricky to find, but after I finally found it, downloaded it, and couldnt sign on because my "name wasnt recgnized."

     Now after re ordfering it I sitll have recieved no confirmation of the process or its install in my mail box after last week.  I would, however, like it now, Verizon.  Please present me a solution.
