On my Verizon home page I can no longer see calls or voice mails. It tells me to sign up for Verizon Call Assistant but I've been signed up & using it for a long time now. I can see emails & my bill but not calls or voice mails. Any suggestions.

I have FIOS digital voice and I can no longer see my voice mails on my home page. Nor can I change my voice mail settings on line. I put a repair ticket in which was closed without resolving the problem followed by a repair ticket on March 14 which is still open. When I try to retrieve my voice mail on line the page says I do not have voice mail service. I can retrieve my voice mails on my phone just fine.
