Verizon Call Asst. Contacts to Verizon Digital Voice

I was recently switched to Verizon Digital Voice.  I can not export my contacts from Verizon Call Assistant.  Is there a way to get the contacts into Verizon Digital Voice via export/import?

the only way that I can think of you doing it is using the Call assistant sync tool, to sync your contacts to outlook express, and then after that is done, to use the digital voice website to import them back.    i don't think either have an export option, so you have to use the fancy software to sync it with outlook express
