Verizon FIOS Digital Voice + 11 Countries Pack

I have subscribed to Verizon FIOS digital voice + 11 Countries pack. I wanted to know if out of those 11 countries (for example, UK is one of them), are all calls free (including both, landline and mobile)?

I called Verizon customer service twice and got 2 different answers. First customer service agent suggested that only Landline numbers are free, second customer service agent suggested that both Landline and Mobile numbers are free.

Can someone please clarify and it would be really helpful if Verizon agents can give out same information regardless of who you talk to.
