My home phone isn't functioning. It has not been working since last Tuesday the 11th. I've been trying to call verizon fios yesterday night but no one will pick up. I'm trying to get someone to come here, and fix it. Any way to help?

What number are you calling? Tech Support is 24/7, and can be reached from the main 1-800-VERIZON number.
