Hello I am having the above residential land line service for $24-99 a month in Florida.

Can people still use the phone to make long distance or international calls and can I put a block on?

I am only obliged to provide unlimited local calls to renters.

Verizon Freedom Essentials comes with unlimited long distance, you dont pay more for it. There is a charge for international calls, but a block can be put on.
