Verizon Overcharge

Hi all,

I'm wondering if any of you are expoeriencing the same problems I've been having with Verizon billing,

They consistently over charge me and insert charges for features I did not order and dont have.

THis is happening every month

I'm ready to go to the PUC commission to straighten Verizon problems.

Do you have similar issues you would like to share?
