Verizon QUAD Play

I just signed up for the QUAD play bundle with FIOS TV, FIOS Internet, Verizon Freedom Essentials and Verizon Wireless.  The only question that I have left that no one from Verizon seems to be able to answser is whether or not the phone service I will get is VOIP or something else.  I am getting the service either way, but I am confused.  Am I getting Digital Voice?  Is that VOIP?  Or is Freedom Essentials the same as I have now (my current land land plan is also called Verizon Freedom Essentials.
