Verizon Suxs and keeps on suxing

I wrote a message a few days ago and received to responses, however there is no envelope to click on to receive them. I spent  1 1/2 hours trying to get the responses and find my message to no avail. My 10 1/2 years of really bad service continues however, because the new phone# verizon gave me is WRONG!!!!!  The must hire total morons, they could not screw up this much if they tried. I WANT TO TALK A HEAD HAUCHO - SOMEONE THAT GETS THE BIG BUCKS - TO EXPLAIN HOW 1 COMPANY CAN SCREW UP SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BADLY!       Chonta
