Verizon is Great as long as you don't need anything.

As long as you don't need anything and just pay whatever they charge you (reguardless of validity of bill) then their fine.  Im sure you know how the rest of the story goes.  Just one thing, if I were the CEO of Verizon and greedy for profits, I would run this company exactly the ways its being run now.

Steve, is there anything in particular that we fellow Verizon users can help you with?  Any technical issues, wiring problems, equipment issues, etc?
