Verizon lack of service

I do have a Verizon phone, wireless and land line. I can not get any satisfaction with the land line.  Verizon repair was out here fixing someone else line two mt. ago. Haven't been able to use mine since. When we call we get your computer that cannot here use and we can't her it. Finally got a reallllll person and they sometime in July. We call the home line and told them this will not do. They said maybe tomorrow. I said tomorrow or disconnect. If you disconnect I want to get out of my wireless line without paying a penalty to do so. How do I go about this?
