Verizon residential (HOME) servie

I was trying to get the details of calls made to and from my home phone line.  I am in Pennsylvania.  I went to the custom report on my bill and nothing shows, all lines are blank.  Can anyone tell me how to bring up this custom report feature or do I have to get in touch with the phone company to see why I cannot see the list of calls?

If you currently subscribe to a Freedom Package you can now view your calling details online. Follow these steps to view your calling detail information:

1. Go to www.verizon.com and select "Home Phone, TV & Internet" from the drop-down.
2. Sign into "My Verizon" Account.
3. Select the "My Bill Tab".
4. Expand the Print and Download options.
