1. When I am on the phone, someone calls in, and I ignore the second call, Verizon wrongly tells them "this phone has been disconnected." I cannot reach Verizon Support to complain.
2. When I am on the phone, someone calls in, and I try to put the first call on hold and answer the second call, everyone gets disconnected. I cannot reach Verizon Support to complain.
3. My Caller ID shown to the people I call says I am from Silver Spring, MD. I am from Bethesda, MD. There is no menu option to correct it. I cannot reach Verizon Support to complain.
I am frustrated.
