Have had mild hum on phone line for over 20 years. Last couple of days it is so bad as to drown out incoming calls. People on other end did not have a problem, just on our end. Connected handheld phone to interface box on outside of house, eliminating all house wiring. Still a bad hum problem. Can't find a phone number to call and request service. Internet web site only seems to understand the "no dial tone" problem and goes into a circular loop if requesting help or "contact us".
