Voice Mail Messages--wrong time stamp

My voice messages arrive with a time stamp from a different time zone!  Hello? I pick up my messages (in California) and they are "stamped" as if they were called three hours earlier.  How do I fix this?  R

I'm having the same problem..actually my phone has a time difference of 4 hrs, even when i change it thru the phone it goes back to that 4 hr time difference like its 9:17 right now my phone says 1:17..hopefully someone knows the answer to both our inquiries.
