I needed to change the number of rings on my phone before voicemail answers. Three rings is not enough time for me to get to the phone and answer. After at least 45 minutes and being transferred to customer service, I was told that they no longer have that feature available! Why in the world not?
Probably can do it. Definitely can for Verizon Digital Voice.
