I have been trying the verizon on-line system to get rid of fios voice mail to no avail.  HELP!!!!

I believe you will have to call in and have a rep take it off. You could also just login to the voicemail and change the ring count to 6 and have your answering machine set to 5 rings or less.

I believe you will have to call in and have a rep take it off. You could also just login to the voicemail and change the ring count to 6 and have your answering machine set to 5 rings or less.
