I just recently had FIOS Voice/TV/Internet installed and have been very happy with all service, but I've have a problem since day one.
The message indicator light has never worked on our phones. I've called support (a week ago) and went through a number of things with the support agent but nothing was fixed. Afterwards, the agent said they were going to write up a ticket and escalate the issue and I should hear back within 24 hours. Now it's over a week and I haven't heard from anyone and the message light still doesn't work.
