Voicemail Web Retrieval

I can no longer listen to my voice mail messages on the site. It just pops the box and states it's loading but never does. I have tried to find answers and cannot locate any. It would seem that I am missing the appropriate .dll extension to make the player work. Any help out there?? I am running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9. On my computer running Vista and IE 8 it plays fine.

The server(s) that does this was reported as down the other day.  Are you still having a problem?
