Voicemail cuts off message

Help !

my voicemail cuts off messages after about 10secs when someone leaves me a voicemail.

It just hangs up and doesn't let people finish the message they are leaving .

Support center HAS NO CLUE !!!!!!!

Did all that, called support center and they were clueless.

The next time this happens, make sure to note the exact time and date that the problem occured. If you know this info, the Verizon voicemail folks can look through logs and try to determine what happened.
