I have tried to set up verizon voicemail and I can call into it with my phone number and passcode. There are never any messages because the voicemail does not take the missed calls. I set the system up to go to voicemail afer 4 rings but the phone just continues to ring and the caller is never transferred to the voicemail system. I have to use another answering machine to get the missed calls. What is the problem?
