WIRES DOWN trip and fall hazard

Franco Construction company truck pulled phone wires from 2 house,

wires are currently rolled up laying beside a telephone pole with the marking of "BTCo of PA"

WILL SOME ONE FROM VERIZON come and take care of this, as the Pittsburgh Bureau of FIre has determined that these wires are phone lines.

These represent a trip and fall hazard.....
