Wanted: fixed function and improved web-based voicemail review

The web-based voicemail review could use considerable improvement in function and features: Chrome is unable to play messages because the Verizon page uses an out-dated NPAPI plugin, likewise Internet Explorer 11 is unable to play messages; and the message review should have a commonsense download option in wav or mp3 format (the smartphone app is also missing this feature; and as far as I'm aware, the only way to personally save messages is to forward them to your email address as an attachment).
