I live in the country with crappy cell coverage and have 2 options for phone and internet. Yeah...Verizon. I've been fighting with their customer reps for months and they asssure me ASSURE me they are fixing my bill. Pathetic that I go all over thieir website and can't find any change to my bill that the agents promised me.
This is one of the most pathetic websites and company customer service.
