This morning at 7:30 my land line phone rang. I missed the call so I *69 to see who it was that called. I called that number from my mobile phone and I got a message that the number had been diconnected. COME ON! When is Verizon going to do something about this. I am getting sick of paying for the *69 charges that I get to see who is calling.
I am about ready to switch to a COX bundle that has Caller ID.
Verizon should offer free caller ID of some sort like on your mobile phone where the contact information from your address list comes on as a CALLER ID.
Thank you,
TomS
